Shipping & Delivery Times

Thanks for checking out our shipping policy. Clever you, this is all very complicated. A lot of the items we sell are heavy and awkward, but don't let that stop you, we can get it sorted!
As such, we have various rates depending on the product size, weight and combined sales to get your purchase to the delivery destination.

Some carriers will not allow us to ship large items such as roof trays to a residential address, so we may contact you to arrange an alternative such as depot pickup if necessary.

General Item Shipping:
2-5 working days depending on location

Larger Item Shipping:
2-7 working days depending on location

Roof Tray Shipping: 
2-10 working days depending on location

Roof Top Tents & Roof Boxes:
Delivery to your local Depot - 2-5 working days

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and usually ship within 1-2 working days. We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns Process

If you have any issues with your product, simply drop us a line through the contact page (or via email) and we can sort it out for you.

We are happy to cover the cost of return of faulty products. Everything else is on you, so do you research or talk to us before you hit the go button.
